ETIMEX Solar GmbH is one of the leading suppliers of EVA films for the encapsulation of solar cells in photovoltaic solar modules. Since 1980 ETIMEX Solar GmbH successfully meets the requirements of solar module manufacturers regarding quality, reliability, service, flexibility and technical support. Our customers come first!
The portfolio of EVA films is constantly widened and updated, innovation is a main focus for ETIMEX Solar GmbH. Subsequently ETIMEX Solar GmbH offers also ultra fast curing EVA films as well as new films made from other plastic material without the necessity of curing, e.g. TPU.
ETIMEX Solar GmbH provides products of highest reliability and quality based on modern production equipment and methods as well as intense computerized production control. In 2005 the production of these films was transferred to a new building. Several production lines and more lab equipment have been added to stay ahead of growing demand.
In 2010, ETIMEX Solar GmbH was acquired by Solutia Inc.
